Density Done Right

Below are pictures of Density Done Right.

This subdivision was built using flex lot design, the lots ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft with an average of 7,500 sq ft. Incorporated in the subdivision design is a mandated 40% open space, development buffers and storm water bioswale usage. With flex lot development, the low cost housing is mixed in with higher priced construction. Instead of concentrating all low cost housing in separate developments, smaller houses are mixed in with higher end homes. No lost cost development, only development with many sized houses constructed together promoting neighborhood stability.
